DIGITAL PRINTING
With accurate, vivid colours, digital printing almost matches the quality of litho printing but is more cost effective for shorter print runs of up to 3,000 colour or 10,000 black and white copies. We print digitally onto paper or board and so digital printing is ideal for day to day business printing requirements of business cards, letterheads and compliment slips, as well as leaflets, flyers, booklets, folders, magazines, posters (A3 sized and smaller) and black and white overprinting (eg. printing letters on pre printed letterheads).
Digital printing is easy to collate and offers the flexibility of a wide choice of sheet sizes and paper weights for cost effective publicity. Kaymar Print can also personalise your marketing, via mail merge with your data base, so variable details such as names and addresses can be combined with standard text.
SCREEN PRINTING
Our experts combine traditional screen printing craft skills, a process which has remained largely unchanged since it was first developed in China hundreds of years ago, with modern design, for stunning effect!
Silk screen printing produces brilliant quality print with a matt, gloss or metallic print finish and is incredibly versatile. Screen printing can be used for printing onto almost any material, including paper, metal, plastic, polypropylene (plastic), wood, glass, ceramics, PVC, canvas, teslin and vinyl, in sizes up to 60” x 40” (1m x 1.5m).
Screen printing on to polypropylene is ideal for folders, binders, ring binders, document presentation boxes, business cards, sample books and retail Point Of Sale (POS) goods.
Unlike some digital printing inks, screen printing inks rarely fade, even when subjected to extreme weather conditions. Screen printing is therefore great for interior and exterior signage, health and safety signs, warning signs, traffic signs, estate agent’s for sale boards, component printing, large posters, banners, display stands and shop Point Of Sale (POS) displays.

With Kaymar Print you have the option to supply your own art work or commission our creative graphic design team to design your business stationery and marketing material for you. We will work from scratch or update your existing branding according to your needs.

LITHO PRINTING
Litho printing produces brilliant quality printing, with images consistently showing incredible detail and vivid colours due to a wider colour gamut than digital printing. Litho printing is cost effective for medium to large print runs and is available in up to B1 sheet size. Litho printing is suitable for large run printing of leaflets, posters, greetings cards, business stationery, Point Of Sale (POS) signage, books and magazines. Litho printing is usually onto paper or board, but at Kaymar Print we can also litho print onto polypropylene (a type of rigid plastic), in different weights and colours, including frosted (semi transparent) and crystal clear. Polypropylene is commonly used for folders, binders, ring binders, document presentation boxes, business cards, sample books and retail Point Of Sale (POS) goods.
